Meet Our BCBAs

Meagan joined the Happy Kids team in 2017 after working seven years in Special Education in the public school setting.  She received a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education from the University of Texas in 2010.  Meagan started as an RBT with Happy Kids and was certified as a BCaBA in 2019. After receiving her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas Meagan sat for her board exam and became a BCBA in May of 2021.  Meagan loves watching kids grow and learn.  When Meagan is outside of the clinic she likes to quilt, run outdoors and spend time with her husband, little girl and bengal cat named Tyler.

Schyler graduated from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor in 2019 with a Bachelor's in Psychology. Shortly after, Schyler joined the Happy Kids team as an RBT.  Schyler loves watching the kids she works with succeed as well as listen to their parents talk about when they get to see their children demonstrate a new skill at home or in the community.  Schyler married her college main squeeze, Dawson, in of October 2020. In December of 2022, Schyler graduated from the University of North Texas with a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. After graduating, Schyler sat for her board exam and was certified as a BCBA in March of 2023.  Schyler enjoys going to UMHB sporting events (Go CRU), reading any book by Brandon Sanderson or Ted Dekker as well as going on walks with her dogs, Sadie and Chance, and hedgehog, Henrietta.
